Do you accept returns? 

Food items can not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24-48 hours. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are handmade fresh.

Processing time: 1-3 working days

Shipping: Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (1-4 working days)

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

Some items are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens

Allergen details are listed on each product page. 

Can i cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.

Once your order is made or packed, cancellations are not possible.

My parcel didn't arrive - what do i do?

Contact us with your order number. 

We will investigate and resolve the issue.
