Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of out products, we cannot accept returns. 

ll items we sell are food products, which cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once they have left our kitchen.

This includes Fudge, , Protein Flapjacks, Cookie Pie Slices, Krispie Bars and Pick and Mix Sweets. 

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Your order arrived damaged
• Your order is incorrect
• Your order does not arrive
• There is an issue caused by us. 

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Disliking a Flavour
• Items that have been opened or tampered with
• Incorrect storage after delivery (e.g., melting, heat damage)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.

Once your order has been made or packed, cancellations are no longer possible.
